1. Introduction
This End‑User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User”, “Customer”) and ADAD Design (“we”, “our”, “us”) regarding the use of our WordPress plugins and digital products (“Software”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, ADAD Design grants you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use the Software according to the license type purchased:
- Single‑site license — use on one website
- Multi‑site license — use on multiple websites (as specified)
- Unlimited license — use on unlimited personal or client websites
You may not:
- resell, redistribute, or share the Software
- upload the Software to public repositories
- claim ownership of the Software
- modify the Software for resale or distribution
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in the Software remain the exclusive property of ADAD Design. Purchasing a license does not transfer ownership — only usage rights.
4. Updates
Depending on your license type, you may receive:
- feature updates
- security updates
- compatibility updates
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
5. Support
Active license holders receive support for:
- installation
- configuration
- bug fixes
- general usage questions
Support does not include:
- custom development
- theme/plugin conflicts caused by third‑party software
- server configuration
- feature requests outside the plugin’s scope
6. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- reverse‑engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
- remove branding, copyright notices, or license information
- use the Software for illegal or harmful activities
- share license keys with third parties
7. Compatibility
We aim to ensure compatibility with:
- the latest stable version of WordPress
- major themes and plugins
However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every environment, hosting setup, or third‑party product.
8. Liability Limitation
ADAD Design is not liable for:
- data loss
- website downtime
- conflicts with third‑party themes or plugins
- damages resulting from misuse or incorrect installation
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Software.
9. Termination
We may terminate your license if:
- you violate this Agreement
- you engage in unauthorized distribution
- you initiate fraudulent chargebacks
Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and delete all copies.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.
11. Third‑Party Services
Some plugins may integrate with third‑party APIs or services. We are not responsible for:
- changes made by third‑party providers
- downtime or API limitations
- additional costs required by those services
12. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
